Anti-Friction Metal Treatment

Anti-Friction Metal Treatment is an oil-soluble heat-stable petrochemical compound containing elements that treat metal surfaces to help increase resistance to wear and corrosion. It does not add material buildup which could alter close tolerances. Anti-Friction Metal Treatment is completely compatible with most known lubricants, and does not harm metal or non-metal parts or surfaces.

It does not contain plastic particles, PTFE resins (teflon), graphite, molybdenum disulphide, or any other solids which may cause harmful buildup.

  • Reduces friction

  • Increases power efficiency

  • Eliminates dry starts

  • Extends the life of tools and equipment

Where can it be used?

Gas or diesel engines, transmissions, gear boxes, power steering, bearings, pistons, gears, valves, linkages; in cutting, shaping, and drilling operations, hydraulic systems, refrigeration units, pumps, and compressors.

How do I use it?

It is designed to be introduced to metal parts and surfaces through lubricants, and it should be added to the base lubricant at 7% Anti-Friction Metal Treatment (1 Litre of Lubricant = 70 ml Anti-Friction Metal Treatment)

It uses the lubricant only as a carrier and does not alter the lubricant in any way. It treats the metal surfaces, but not the oil.
